Kappa Sigma is committed to making a difference in the lives of others. It is this commitment that has provided the inspiration and vision for A Greater Cause – the Fraternity’s bold initiative to promote volunteerism, citizenship, and service to the community. Over the past decade, the A Greater Cause program has seen our chapters raise nearly $22 million for philanthropic causes while our members have donated more than 4.7 million hours of community service.
Champion Quest is Kappa Sigma’s centerpiece recruitment program. It is a dynamic, results-oriented program providing training and motivation to all members to dramatically increase the number of quality men recruited and pledged into each Kappa Sigma Chapter and Colony.
Champion Quest focuses on building the necessary professional skill of self-promotion. Whatever career field you choose, the ability to express your unique skills and attributes will be essential to furthering your career and ultimately make you successful.

Kappa Sigma does Brotherhood better than any other organization on the planet, and Brothers in Action is a Brotherhood program unlike any other. Brothers in Action reminds us all that Brotherhood is a cornerstone of life as a Kappa Sigma, and while we have a number of priorities throughout our college careers, we should always remember to take time to be Brothers.
