ABOUT US
The Upsilon-Psi Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity was founded on August 20th, 2022 at the University of Missouri - Kansas City (UMKC). Upsilon-Psi is the 433rd Chapter of Kappa Sigma. Originally founded in Bologna, Italy in 1400, Kappa Sigma is now the largest and most preferred fraternity in North America. Worthy Grand Master Adam Merillat (Epsilon-Mu, The University of Tulsa, ’02) attended the Installation to represent the Supreme Executive Committee. Other attendees included District Grand Master for Greater Missouri, Eli Moran (Pi-Eta, Missouri Southern State University, ’12), and their Alumnus Advisor, Ben Albertson (Gamma-Nu, Washburn University, ’14). The Upsilon-Psi Chapter of Kappa Sigma is part of the Interfraternity Council (IFC) at the University of Missouri - Kansas City (UMKC).
In conjunction with our partners on the IFC and the Collegiate Panhellenic Council (CPC), we collectively make up the Greek Life organizations on campus.
